Refund Policy

At Medal and Trophy Factory, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited to specific cases as mentioned below.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized medals, trophies, apparel, stationery, or any personalized items

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Orders placed with incorrect design/text submitted by the customer
2. Eligible Return/Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered)

There is a major design error that is our fault
3. Return Request Process
If your product falls under the above eligibility:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the product

Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

4. Replacement or Refund
After reviewing your claim:

If approved, we will offer a free replacement of the product

If replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be issued via your original payment method
Note: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. No Response After 48 Hours
If you do not raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery, we will consider the order accepted and complete. No return or refund will be processed afterward.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before confirmation & processing. Once customization has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
